Collective Development

Lets continue something a little different……

"People will remember how you made them feel, not what you said."

Civility Saves Lives is a collaborative project with a mission to promote positive behaviours and share the evidence base around positive and negative behaviours.

What is civility? Why does it matter? What is the evidence for it? What can you do about it?

The afternoon with Joe Farmer aims to raise awareness of the power of civility in medicine. Civil work environments can reduce errors, reduce stress and foster excellence. How we treat each other at work has an enormous impact on how teams perform in healthcare this can have potentially fatal consequences.

Provided by A-liNE as part of a collective and collaborative approach to education in the North East. The aim is to connect and bring people together. It is an all-inclusive event and open to all.

It is an all-inclusive event open to all Anaesthesia/ICM Consultants, SAS, Trust Doctors and Trainees in our region.

The event can be linked to at least 3 domains in the RCoA Anaesthesia training portfolio and has accreditation pending for 3.5 CPD points.
