Time for something a little different…. Collective Development an afternoon with Tony Stanger "People will remember how you made them feel, not what you said." An afternoon to enhance clinical and non-clinical skills. Tony Stanger represented Scotland 52 times at Rugby Union and is their joint record try scorer of all time. Since retiring from playing he has spent time developing talent through the Scottish institute of sport and now shares learning to help create environments where growth is a daily habit. The afternoon will cover various themes including the power language and how to carefully calibrate questions, developing a growth mindset, not letting what other people say and believe limit your own potential, the importance of self-regulation, how to promote key growth mindset behaviours and much more. This afternoon is provided free of charge by A-liNE as part of a collective and collaborative approach to education in the North East. The aim is to connect and bring people together. It is an all-inclusive event open to all Anaesthesia/ICM Consultants, SAS, Trust Doctors and Trainees in our region. The event can be linked to at least 3 domains in the RCoA Anaesthesia training portfolio and has accreditation pending for 3.5 CPD points.
