The ICM Career Enhancement course is aimed at anyone preparing an application to specialty training in Intensive Care Medicine from any eligible specialty.
Part 1 - This course will cover practicalities of the system, preparing your portfolio, and advice for areas of development in advance of interviews. You will receive individual feedback on your portfolio evidence, and we can help you plan further activities to maximise your potential in the shortlisting phase.
You do not need to produce a formal portfolio, but to get the most out of the course, we will ask you to summarise your evidence on a simple pro forma which will be provided in advance.
