You are warmly invited to attend the 4th National Transfer Meeting (NTM) hosted by the North East and Cumbria Transport and Retrieval Service (NECTAR) which will be held on Friday 27 November 2026 as a fully online conference.
The conference covers the whole scope of Transport and Retrieval medicine with a focus on secondary and tertiary (interhospital) transfer and branching into Pre-Hospital Emergency Medicine.
The programme will include a fantastic range of talks from national organisations, covering a wide range of transport and retrieval subjects.
For those who are keen, the conference will provide an opportunity to present any audit/QI projects or highlight interesting cases related to Transport and Retrieval medicine to a national audience.
We welcome submissions from all professional backgrounds and levels of training. Full submission guidance is attached, the deadline for submissions will be end of day on the 18th September 2026
This conference is intended to be of interest to any and all healthcare professionals involved with or with an interest in Transport and Retrieval medicine regardless of professional background and level of training.
