You are warmly invited to attend the 3rd National Transfer Meeting (NTM) hosted by the North East and Cumbria Transport and Retrieval Service (NECTAR) which will be held on Thursday the 27th June 2024 as a fully online conference.
The conference covers the whole scope of Transport and Retrieval medicine with a focus on secondary and tertiary (interhospital) transfer and branching into Pre-Hospital Emergency Medicine.
The programme is still being confirmed but you can expect a fantastic range of talks from organisations such as British Antarctic Survey and the Royal Air Force and covering a wide range of transport and retrieval subjects such as High Consequence Infectious Diseases (HCID), ECMO, paediatric and neonatal transfer and Prehospital Emergency Medicine.
For those who are keen, the conference will provide an opportunity to present any audit/QI projects or highlight interesting cases related to Transport and Retrieval medicine to a national audience.
We welcome submissions from all professional backgrounds and levels of training. The deadline for submission is Friday 24th May 2024. Please see the attached Submission Guidelines for more information relating to presenting at the conference.
This conference is intended to be of interest to any and all healthcare professionals involved with or with an interest in Transport and Retrieval medicine regardless of professional background and level of training.
